If the customer has activated more than one bundle with minutes to the same destination, the minutes will be deducted from the bundle whose expiration date is closest to the call.

If the customer uses the minutes or data before 30 days, he can renew the same bundle up to a maximum of 3 times.

The roaming customers will be able to use the complete Voice allowance & Nat SMS there will be a fair-usage cap on data while they are in EU countries. Calls & SMS to Non-EU countries calls will be charged at Standard Roaming charge. Minutes and texts are subject to our Fair Usage Policy of 5000 each per month. If this is exceeded, customers will be charged at our Standard National. Calls to short numbers, 901, 902, premium and premium services are not included. Check the rates for calls to these numbers on www.lycamobile.es. Our roaming services are intended for customers who visit EU countries for periodic travel, like a holiday or a short trip. To use our EU roaming services you must first activate your SIM at home and top up with PAYG credit or to buy a bundle before you travel. If a customer stayed over a 4 month period in roaming, and if your usage of EU roaming allowances is greater than your domestic usage, we will notify you of this and then should be able to charge you at national PAYG rates. Customer can use National Voice and SMS as the way they use in Spain. Bonus allowances cannot be used in roaming.

Lycamobile Unlimited Plan allowances are for calls and SMS to standard Spain landline and mobile numbers, mobile internet usage in the Spain and to selected standard international countries* landline and mobile numbers (unless it’s specified as mobile). Other usage will be charged at standard rates. Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. A customer may have only one offer on their account and may not buy another during the 30day validity period. Any remaining allowance including extra credit after 30 days will not be carried over into the next 30day period should the customer renew their bundle (subject to auto renew the bundle after 30 days). Note that Lycamobile customers may now buy our bundles only using the main balance. This applies for both Standard and Saver Plan customers. If a standard plan customer activates a bundle from the available balance, then the bundle will be charged from both main and promo balance. The promo balance is debited based on pro rota basis depending on extra free credit which was given as part the top up voucher. the bundle credit (credit which Lycamobile gives for free for top up) cannot be used in roaming or to purchase a bundle or call / SMS premium numbers. Customer can use the bundle credit for out of the bundle usage charged at a Standard Pay As You Go rates in all tariff plans (includes; Saver, Smart and Standard plan). Lycamobile reserves the right to replace or amend the offer or these Terms & Conditions or to withdraw the offer at any time on reasonable notice. While in roaming, Unlimited Calls and SMS to EU countries are subject to a fair usage of 1000 minutes and SMS. Allowances are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Calls are rounded up to the nearest minute for the purpose of calculating remaining allowances. A customer may have only one offer on their account and may not buy another during the 30 day validity period. Any remaining allowance after 30 days will not be carried over into the next 30 day period should the customer renew their bundle. Mundo 800 T&C’s: Customers must opt in Mundo 800 bundle qualify for the promotion and will receive free Lycamobile Spain to Lycamobile Romania / Lycamobile Italy calls for the 30days from bundle top up was done. Free calls from Lycamobile to Lycamobile is subject to a fair usage of 3000 mins. Offer is valid for personal use only. After the expiry of free calls, the customer mustdo bundle top-up again to continue the free calls otherwise the customer will be charged at the standard tariff. Lycamobile Plan 60, Plan 40 and Plan 30 allowances are for calls to specified standard international** landline and mobile numbers.

Other usage will be charged at standard rates. Allowances are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. A customer may have only one offer on their account and may not buy another during the 07 day validity period. Any remaining allowance after 07 days will not be carried over into the next 07 day period should the customer renew their bundle. World 800 New Bond Lycamobile: World 800 New Bond Lycamobile is for calls to landlines and mobiles of Spain and certain international fixed and mobile lines. A customer can have only one bid and can not buy another during the period of validity of 30 days. Any remaining credit remaining after 30 days will not be carried forward within 30 days if the customer decides to renew his bond. Customers can change the standard to SAVING Plan Plan at any time. However, customers must remain on saving plan at least 30 days before returning to the Standard Plan. The promotional offer extra free credit of 50% and 100% (€ 5 = € 7.5 / € 10, € 10 = € 15 / € 20 and € 20 = € 30 / € 40) is valid only for the Standard Plan Lycamobile and is not applicable to SAVING Plan. After changing the standard SAVING Plan Plan customers will lose your promotional credit. Lycamobile customers in Spain now have free minutes with every refill to call Lycamobile to Lycamobile in Spain free minutes are valid for 30 days from the date and value of the recharge. With a recharge of 5 € have 500 free minutes, € 10 recharge will free 1000 minutes, a refill 15 € will free 1500 minutes, a refill 20 € will have 2000 minutes free and will recharge 30 € 2000 minutes grátis After the promotion .A calls Lycamobile to Lycamobile shall be charged at 0 cents / min for first 15 minutes with a call setup of 0.249 € (VAT included) per call. Calls that exceed those minutes shall be charged to 12.1 cts / min (VAT included). Any changes will be notified in www.lycamobile.es.

International bundle minutes to UK calls does not include the minutes to call Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey & Channel Islands. It will be charged as PAYG rates from 39 ct/min.

Lycamobile Unlimited Bundles allow calls and SMS to be made to landline and mobile numbers within Spain, Internet usage is valid within Spanish territory and with the Ilimitado Superior Bundle the user can also call fixed and mobile numbers from certain countries (see Bonus Details). Any other use will be charged according to the customer’s Rate Plan. The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. The bonus will be renewed after 30 days if the user has a balance. The user can only buy the bonus using the actual balance and not the promotional balance (for both the Savings Plan and the Standard Prepaid Plan). The promotional balance cannot be used in roaming abroad, nor to purchase Bonuses nor to send SMS to Premium numbers.

Lycamobile Data Bundles have the following cost for all Lycamobile Rate Plans: € 6 for 1GB of internet data for mobile, € 9 for 2GB of internet data for mobile, € 14 for 3GB of internet data for Mobile or € 19 for 5GB of internet data for mobile and € 29 for 10GB of mobile data. All bundles are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.

All Bonds will automatically renew upon maturity. The customer must have the balance required to activate the Bundle. The Data Bundle will be paid via a single payment from the client’s balance. The Lycamobile user can purchase their bundles using only the main balance (both for the customers under the Savings Plan and the Standard Plan).

Special Offer:

– From January 2017 the user who activates a 3GB Bundle or a 5 GB Bundle will obtain 1GB for FREE automatically with both plans (Savings and Standard).

– From May 12, 2017, users that activate a bonus 2GB, 3GB or 5GB Navigators can get 2GB free by sending an SMS with the text DATOSGRATIS to 3535.

– From 20.06.2017 the customer who activated the 10GB Bonus can get 5GB for free. To benefit from this offer, the client has to send an SMS to 3535 with the text GRATIS5GB.

If the use of Megas contracted by the Data Bonus is exceeded, it will be priced at 0.145 € per Mega consumed. All the Bonds are valid throughout the national territory. The speed of download or upload will depend on the quality of coverage as well as the theoretical speeds of 4G standard.
